White Night is Brighton & Hove’s unique all night cultural festival which takes place every year on the last Saturday in October when the clocks go back. With a message of ‘do something different in the middle of the night’ with your extra hour, the city played host to a night of unusual and creative arts based events.
B&H Business Show Pedal Power
Firefly Solar were pleased to be a part of the Autumn 2011 Brighton & Hove business show at the Hilton Metropole, Brighton. Firefly provided pedal powered AV for the events seminar room at which speakers from organisations such as the London Olympic Games Organising Committee (LOGOC) and the Intellectual Property Office gave talks to local businesses on opportunities for growth and development.

Time is running out for UK customers to secure the best returns from grid connected solar installations. The government recently announced that they will be slashing the feed in tariff by 50%, significantly reducing the profitability of generating your own electricity via solar panels. Friends of the Earth 40th Anniversary Conference
Firefly showed their on going support of Friends of the Earth, providing power and lighting for their 40th Anniversary Conference in Nottingham. The conference entitled The Route to 2050: The Next 40 Years, brought together influential speakers on environment and sustainability and featured a variety of seminars, workshops and debates over three days.
