Firefly Power Blue Peter Climate Week Special

Firefly worked with the team behind Climate Week and the BBC's Blue Peter to produce a one off Climate Week special. The show's presenters, crew and some celebrities took part in an incredible experiment to see if they could generate enough energy for a full-blown music performance using People Power. Working with The Outdoor Gym Company and Pavegen, Firefly provided a range of people powered electricity generators including Firefly's Kinetrics Bike Generators, a kinetic dance floor and a variety of modified gym equipment. The electricity generated was stored in the battery banks of Cygnus Solar Generators to be used live at the end of the show.
